Email Domain Update

Starting soon, our emails will be sent from @frisco.ai instead of @Frisco.care.

This is only a change to our sending email domain. There are no changes to the Frisco platform, our team, or the way we support the IDD/HCBS community.

Why is the email domain changing?

We’re aligning our email communications with the domain we use to support the Frisco platform and our growing community of EHR users and IDD/HCBS professionals.

This change helps create a more consistent experience whenever you interact with Frisco.

What isn’t changing?

The things you rely on remain exactly the same. You’ll continue receiving insights and updates from the Frisco team focused on helping IDD/HCBS organizations:

    • Reduce manual work during documentation and billing
    • Work with cleaner, more accessible client and care data
    • Track compliance and audit readiness with greater confidence

Adding @frisco.ai to your safe sender list helps ensure our emails are delivered directly to your inbox instead of your Spam or Junk folder.

How to add @frisco.ai to your safe senders

Choose your email provider below and follow the steps to ensure future emails from @frisco.ai are delivered to your inbox.

Gmail

  1. Open Settings → See all settings.
  2. Go to Filters and Blocked Addresses.
  3. Select Create a new filter.
  4. In the From field, enter @frisco.ai.
  5. Click Create filter.
  6. Select Never send it to Spam.
  7. Save the filter.

Yahoo Mail

  1. Open Settings → More Settings.
  2. Select Filters and create a new filter.
  3. Enter @frisco.ai in the From field.
  4. Deliver matching emails to your Inbox.
  5. Save the filter.

Outlook

  1. Open Settings → View all Outlook settings.
  2. Select Mail → Junk email.
  3. Under Safe senders and domains, select Add.
  4. Enter @frisco.ai.
  5. Save your changes.

Apple Mail

  1. Open Mail → Settings.
  2. Select the Rules tab.
  3. Create a new rule for emails from @frisco.ai.
  4. Save the rule.
Already found one of our emails in Spam?

Open the message and choose Not Spam, Not Junk, or Report Not Spam, depending on your email provider. This helps future emails from @frisco.ai reach your inbox.
