Tim holds a master’s in Social Work and has over 20 years of experience in supporting underserved client populations. In 2014, Tim founded Karuna Care Services (KCS)—a residential support agency for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Seeking to improve client care and support as well as to address operational challenges, Tim built Frisco—a custom care management platform.

Since then, Frisco has served to free our client’s staff from cumbersome reporting requirements and allow for more direct care and support for those his organization is so privileged to be able to serve. Program manager’s caseloads have been afforded the ability to increase by 50% while still allowing for improved direct care and support for his organization’s clients.

Sumeet has been leading tech teams for over 20 years. With extensive experience in the healthcare and insurance industries, he brings a depth of knowledge of building SaaS solutions that are scalable, secure, and profitable.

Given his keen interest in serving people from vulnerable communities, building Frisco was an easy decision. Sumeet finds joy in helping care providers spend more time enriching other people’s lives while using technology to automate as much as possible in end-to-end care and compliance.

Suparna holds master’s degrees in Education and Professional Counseling and is passionate about teaching and nurturing young minds.

She has extensive knowledge in providing effective and compassionate counseling services and has facilitated meaningful learning experiences for diverse groups. This has helped her to develop expertise in bridging IT and data with the human component of Frisco.

Suparna finds joy in building connections and solving complex problems. As an implementation specialist, this reflects how she combines her understanding of SAAS with her deep commitment to ensuring client satisfaction.

Fatima Abubakar is a dynamic and results-oriented professional with nearly a year of experience at Frisco, where she was the first hire as a Business Development Representative. Her role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including conducting sales calls, establishing and nurturing client relationships, follow-up efforts, and handling administrative tasks. Fatima’s primary objective is to bring valuable clients to Frisco, and she consistently demonstrates her expertise and dedication in achieving this goal. With her proactive approach, strong communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail, Fatima has become an integral part of the company’s success in attracting and retaining valuable clients.
